If you think that your product requires warranty coverage, please contact support with the following details :
• Product Name • Serial Number (click here if you need assistance in finding your product serial number) • Purchase Date • Reseller Name • Type of problem seen and the reason why you think your product qualifies for a replacement
Our support team will help you diagnose problems that you encounter and, if needed, issue an RMA for your product.
Note that an RMA does not renew your warranty period. Your initial warranty of two (2) years from the date of purchase remains valid even after a warranty replacement.
The issue of an official RMA number by Syswan Technologies is required for any warranty replacements. For fast processing of your RMA, please follow shipping and other instructions given to you with the RMA number.
